Faulty products

If the product is faulty, please contact us directly at sales@blosh.nz or use the contact form below. We will organize a replacement or refund/exchange if the product is currently out of stock. We will not charge you any more delivery costs if we need to send you a replacement.

Non-faulty products

We try our best to provide descriptions and photos to show accurate colour and give better understanding what the product looks like. But we understand that shopping online is not the same as touching the real product.

If you are not satisfied, you can return the products within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange excluding the delivery cost. To do this contact us at sales@blosh.nz or use the contact form below. Please, ensure the product is in original condition and packaging.

Sorry, we will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty items and you will need to pay the postage costs at your local post shop to get the product back to us.
